However, it’s easy to do when you have the membership, and first month only cost 1$, so it’s a no-brainer anyways.

If you will buy all the things together this could be an overkill since there are a LOT of info, and you will be busy for upcoming months. This concept allows your muscles to repair and prepare for phase 2 and it will help you to “rest” a bit.

Phase 2 is where the hell begins. Although your body will be ready for challenge (after 5 weeks), but your mind will be challenged even more – workouts are longer, and almost all of them will be ridiculously hard circuits.
